Something Different…

As artists, we continually grow and currently I'm exploring more monochromatic images- looking at the light, the shadows and taking the distraction of color completely away. This is a strange deversion for me, as I am so drawn to colorful things. I'll be working on some art peices, not portrature, for the first time in my career and I'm excited to see what I'll learn. I've given myself some projects this week to get my creative juices flowing. I'll post the results later. I've been photographing newborns for 7 yers now and I love it the same as I always have. But now I am able to do more. I want to find and keep learning new hobbies once I get "expert" in something. I'll probably always be a photographer, but perhaps the subjects will start to change. Or maybe they stay the same. I am an open minded free thinker, so I don't limit what may happen.
